The 4th Trimester & Postpartum Planning-ARE YOU OKAY?
Being a new parent is an amazing adventure - but has challenges, like anything in life.
1 our of 7 women will experience severe postpartum depression or anxiety either during pregnancy or after, whereas 1 out of 10 men will experience postpartum depression. During this workshop, we will work together to gain knowledge and create a customized plan so you have the support tools available when you need them after the baby is born.
For: Expecting parents

What the 4th trimester is
Difference between baby blues vs. postpartum planning
Returning to work
Who is going to watch the baby?
Sibling Care (your role with other child)
Cues to partner you are not well
Support System (your own and building one here with others who are due in the same month as you)
Time to ask questions

Cost: $100 for two people (your partner/support person is encouraged to attend)
