The 4th Trimester & Postpartum Planning-ARE YOU OKAY?

Being a new parent is an amazing adventure - but has challenges, like anything in life. 

1 our of 7 women will experience severe postpartum depression or anxiety either during pregnancy or after, whereas 1 out of 10 men will experience postpartum depression. During this workshop, we will work together to gain knowledge and create a customized plan so you have the support tools available when you need them after the baby is born.

For: Expecting parents

What you will learn:

  • What the 4th trimester is

  • Difference between baby blues vs. postpartum planning

  • Sleep

  • Self-Care

  • Life Transitions

    • Returning to work​

    • Leaving baby

    • Who is going to watch the baby?

  • Sibling Care (your role with other child)

  • Finances

  • Partner time

  • Cues to partner you are not well

  • Recovery

  • Self-care

  • Resources

  • Support System (your own and building one here with others who are due in the same month as you)

  • Time to ask questions

  • & so much more.


Time: 10am-12pm

Cost: $100 for two people (your partner/support person is encouraged to attend)

Transitioning into Private Practice Support

This workshop is designed to help you transition from your real world job into Private Practice.

For: anyone who is currently in graduate school for, an intern, or fully licensed as a LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or an LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)

Participants will learn:

  • Getting Started

  • Insurance Panels​​ & Superbills

  • Networking & Marketing
  • Billing & Storing Notes
  • Documentation/Paperwork
  • Forms of Payment
  • Opportunity to ask questions

BuJo Workshop

This workshop is designed to help high school students get more organized and have a safe place to express ones feelings.

For: For High School Students

What you need to bring: Journal and any supplies you have

I will provide: highlighters, layouts, markers, pens

Participants will learn:​

  • How to get organized

    • Week at a glance

    • Monthly layouts

  • How to utilize Tracking

    • Habits

    • Sleep

    • Mood

  • How to express their feelings

  • How to cope with Anxiety using Bujo

  • Learn various layouts and formats that work for you and your personal style

  • Opportunity to share with others
